The itinerary

   Day 1

   Arrival in Kathmandu

   Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be warmly greeted by a representative from World Trade Travel & Tours Pvt. Ltd. and transferred to your hotel. After checking in, take the opportunity to relax and settle in. In the evening, you will meet your trekking guide who will provide a briefing on the trek, go over the itinerary, and offer helpful advice for the journey ahead. This is also a great time to ask any questions and ensure you are well-prepared for the adventure. The evening is free for you to explore the vibrant city of Kathmandu, enjoy the local cuisine, or simply rest for the day.

   Day 2

   Fly to Lukla, Trek to Phakding

   The journey begins with an early morning domestic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, known for its thrilling approach and dramatic runway nestled amidst the mountains. The flight offers fantastic views of the Himalayas and sets the stage for the trek ahead. Once you arrive in Lukla (2,860 meters), you will begin your trek toward Phakding (2,610 meters), a small village situated along the Dudh Koshi River. The trail passes through charming villages, lush forests, and scenic landscapes, with the sounds of the river accompanying your trek. Along the way, you’ll cross several suspension bridges, one of which spans the roaring Dudh Koshi River, offering a thrilling experience. Upon arrival in Phakding, check into your teahouse and enjoy a well-deserved rest. The peaceful surroundings offer the perfect backdrop for the first night of your trek.

   Day 3

   Trek to Namche Bazaar

   After a hearty breakfast, you will continue your journey, trekking from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 meters), the bustling Sherpa town located at the foot of Mount Everest. This leg of the trek is a steady ascent through dense pine forests, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. As you approach Namche, you will cross the iconic Hillary Suspension Bridge, which offers an awe-inspiring view of the valley below. The trail continues through Sagarmatha National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and as you ascend, the first views of Mount Everest and its surrounding peaks begin to emerge, providing a glimpse of the grandeur of the region. Upon arrival in Namche Bazaar, check into your accommodation and take some time to relax and explore the town, which serves as the central hub of the Everest region. The evening will include a brief orientation session, and you can enjoy the local markets, visit monasteries, or simply relax with a cup of tea in one of the many teahouses.

   Day 4

   Trek to Everest View Hotel, Return to Namche Bazaar

   Today, you will trek from Namche Bazaar to the Everest View Hotel (3,880 meters), located in Syangboche, for an unforgettable panoramic view of the Everest massif. The trek is a relatively easy hike compared to the previous days, as it is a gradual ascent with scenic views of the surrounding peaks. The Everest View Hotel, one of the highest hotels in the world, offers stunning vistas of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and many other majestic peaks that dominate the skyline. Spend time at the viewpoint, take in the awe-inspiring beauty of the mountains, and capture the moments with photographs. The area is a popular spot for trekkers to enjoy the mountain vistas, and you may also have the opportunity to meet fellow trekkers and enjoy a warm drink at the hotel. After soaking in the breathtaking views, you will trek back to Namche Bazaar for an overnight stay. The return journey provides a chance to reflect on the stunning panoramas you’ve just experienced and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of Namche once again.

5. 5
   Day 5

   Trek to Lukla, Fly back to Kathmandu

   On the final day of your trek, you will retrace your steps from Namche Bazaar to Lukla. The journey back takes you through the lush forests and picturesque villages you passed on the way to Namche, and you can enjoy the different perspectives of the landscape as you descend. The trek is mostly downhill, making it easier on your legs compared to the uphill sections at the beginning. Upon arriving in Lukla, you will say farewell to your trekking team, including your guide and porter, before catching your flight back to Kathmandu. The return flight to Kathmandu offers another opportunity to marvel at the spectacular mountain views. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your hotel, where you can relax, freshen up, and reflect on your journey. The rest of the day is free for you to enjoy shopping, sightseeing, or simply resting after your adventure. You may also opt for a celebratory dinner with your trekking group, where you can share stories and memories from the trek.
